Chef martins weekly demonstration classes have proved to be one of the most enjoyable classes given in the north west,in his cookery classes he covers all aspects of the menu ,students attend class once a week for a six week period, tasting all the dish's at the end of each class and with a full set of recipes and information hand outs included with each course.
Resturant stlye startes,4 star main course's and some of the north-west's best seafood dishs can be found at the classes and of course the all important dessert,martin also demonstrates the joys of catering at home dedicating a full evening to entertaining and the final night of the course the students are treated to a five course dinner prepared by martin,with the input of the students ideas he explains to them how to produce a resturants style dinner at home.the use of local produce is a key factor in martins cookery and he tries to use local suppliers when ever possible with all his seafood coming from the famous port of killybegs.
